Subject: Annual Lab Surveys

Annual lab safety inspections are scheduled for August 24th at 9a.m. 
Please use the attached guide to go through your spaces prior to the actual
inspection. I will be coming through with EH&S representatives and a report
for each lab will be generated. Discrepancies must be corrected promptly
afterwards. You do not need to be present at the time of the inspection;
however, if you have questions regarding this inspection you should plan to
be present on the 24th. If you need assistance before the 24th please let me
know.
