[4eyes] ILab internet down again

Let's monitor it closely. I don't think we fixed anything yet.
There is enough disk space. The only thing in the event viewer
that showed up as a problem was the ntbackup service, which
attempted to run at 1am every morning, but I doubt that
it was what brought down the machine.
