[4eyes] Four Eyes Lab trailer networking fixed

I rebooted the firewall machine and re-started ilabqueen.
Everything seems to be up and running again.

Everyone: if there are problems, please let Matthew and me
know right away.

Also, use the information on the Lab Wiki. The Firewall is
described here:

(you need to be in the lab or VPN in to get to majuro)
