Subject: Q&A  : sba C/C++ SW pkg

 sba is a publicly available (GPL) C/C++ software package for generic
 sparse bundle adjustment based on the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.

 Major improvements to v1.6 are as follows:
 ** Support for fixed points (e.g., ground control points) in the
    adjustment has been added.
 ** A few memory alignment issues on 64 bit systems were fixed.
 ** Added to the demo program the option of refining the camera
    distortion parameters in addition to the camera intrinsics and
    motions.
 ** Implemented a local rotation representation in the demo program.
 ** Incorporated more optimized user-supplied projection and Jacobian
    functions in the matlab demo program.
