[4eyes] Problem with i-lab queen machine

Chris, Cha and I could not get it to boot either.  Nothing happens when you
push the power button.  We removed all the internal and external hard
drives.  Currently I am working on getting the hard drives available again
some other way.  I am also putting together a replacement for the VPN.
