Hey folks,
There will be a science expo in CNSI on April 10th (the schedule is below). There are four sessions of demos. Lauren Honeycutt is the contact and I've promised her to do some demos for the groups. I will be demoing some FogScreen stuff and some of the latest VR/AR stuff we have been working on. If anyone else is interested in presenting/helping please let me know and we can coordinate. The demos will be in the Fog Lab.
thanks,
Cha Lee

> Again, I want to thank you for agreeing to participate in the 2009 CNSI Science Expo. The Expo will be split up into four sessions; all four sessions will be held in the CNSI building. As a presenter, you will not have to switch rooms- the students will be split into four groups that cycle through the different presentations. As you will notice on the schedule, there is a half hour break between Sessions 1 and 2. This is due to the fact that all students will be escorted to the Corwin Pavilion for finalist selection. Also, the first session is slightly shorter in length than the others (40 minutes as opposed to 45 minutes) to allow for enough transition time from the CNSI building to Corwin Pavilion. Here is the schedule:
>
> 12:40-1:20 Session 1 (40 min)
> 1:50-2:35 Session 2 (45 min)
> 2:40-3:25 Session 3 (45 min)
> 3:30-4:15 Session 4 (45 min)
>
> Please feel free to show the same demonstrations to each group of students. If you could just let me know whether you will need a room for your presentations or you are planning to use your lab space, I would be most appreciative. Approximately 30 students are expected to be in each group- however I will not know the final head count until the beginning of April (student registration does not close until the end of the month).
