Let me add that showing a candidate that graduate students are enthusiastic
about their work, and about interacting with a faculty candidate, makes a
big impression on the candidate. Also, enthusiastic and positive comments
from CS students to the recruitment committee (I think there's a way to
provide your input to Tiffany?) about a candidate can be very helpful.
(Hint, hint.)
And the faculty are meeting tomorrow at 2:30pm to discuss all the CS
candidates, so if you want your input to be heard, send in your comments
before 2:00pm.
Thanks,
Matthew
