[4eyes] CS 290I: Project Paper Submission

I guess I haven't specified how to turn in the project report. If you can
bring in a hardcopy for me to the presentations on Wednesday, that would be
nice, but I'd like to get the report from each group as a (preferably PDF)
file, via email.
