Also of note is Noah Snavely's Bundler package for "structure from motion
from unorganized data sets," recently released:

http://phototour.cs.washington.edu/bundler/

You supply the features and matches, and it does the rest.  I am curious
about running times, since the original paper reported very slow results (a
few weeks for a few hundred images).
